Prices are per job, plus GST, and cover Kelowna. Travel to surrounding areas is a one-time fee. Standard pricing covers the listed scope; unusual or substantially expanded jobs will be quoted separately before work begins.

These are fixed prices, not estimates. If your situation needs something different from the list, I will quote you a fixed price before any work starts. The number I give you is the number you pay. GST applies where required.
Emergency Support: For urgent evening and weekend work, add $95 to any fixed price above, subject to availability.
Malware Removal Scope: Standard malware removal is covered by the listed price. Severe infections, encrypted systems, data recovery, or operating-system reinstallation require a separate fixed-price quote before work begins.
